Brianna Holste

Clinician

MS, LAPC

Brianna works with pre-adolescence (ages 12+), teens (14-17) and adults (18+) and specializes in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. With advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, she also integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT) to effectively treat anxiety and depression, disordered eating, self-esteem and self-harm. She has worked with Pediatric OCD and anxiety since 2023 (UPMC’s Pediatric OCD IOP) and very much enjoys working with those who are afflicted young- setting them on good stead for a future that is free and fulfilling. Additional training and certifications include ERP for OCD and Anxiety Disorders (NOCD Academy), Perinatal MH Certification (PSI), DBT 101 (TPN), ACT for Eating Disorder Treatment (TPN).

Additionally, she has experience with UPMC’s Services for Teens at Risk (STAR) program and is competent in the areas of teen Suicidal ideation, self-harm, disordered eating, and self-esteem
