Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD/PhD preferred
• An ideal candidate would have EMDR basic or certification training (preferred but not required)
• Minimum experience of 2 years treating trauma and/or mood disorders in adolescents or adults
• An ideal candidate will work a hybrid schedule, with at least 2 days per week in person and 1 of those days providing evening client hours. Those working from home must have a quiet, private space to conduct their sessions with minimum distractions and ambient noise to maintain an appropriate remote office
• Seeking part-time clinicians offering a minimum of 10+sessions per week
• Seeking full-time clinicians offering at least 22+ sessions per week

Compensation & Benefits

• All full-time employees are eligible for healthcare and dental coverage through a group sponsored, low-deductible Highmark Health plan (or a monthly healthcare stipend if preferred)
• 6 paid floating holidays per year
• LAPC, LSW, LAMFT paid $50/hour paid as a W2
• Fully Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) starting at $60/hourpaid as a W2
• Paid every hour you work, including pay structure for documentation (notes and treatment plans) and consultation calls with prospective new clients
• Part-time and Full-time fully licensed clinicians may elect a position as a 1099 Independent contractor starting at 60% reimbursement scale! (beginning rates $63.50-$77.34/billable hour)
• Assistance and support navigating your quarterly tax payments as an independent contractor if you need it (it's not as scary as it sounds!)
• Free ongoing EMDR consultation that counts toward your basic training and EMDR certification hours
• FREE clinical supervision and case support to meet standards of state licensing requirements
• Therapy Notes EHR and fully furnished office space provided at the premier Saint Claire Plaza
• All marketing and advertising, including website and Psychology Today profiles sponsored by the owner and optimized through a professional web developer
• Administrative support (credentialing, quarterly CAQH and yearly portals management, re-credentialing, billing, referrals, etc.)- just focus on doing what you do best!
• Client acquisition handled by the practice, with a steady stream of referrals
