Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD/PhD- LSWs/LAPCs also encouraged to apply

• EMDR training or certification (preferred but not required)

• Experience working with trauma, attachment, or mood disorders.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

• 60/40 split model compensation (pre-licensed clinicians at a negotiated rate based on experience, with full 60% reimbursement upon licensure)
