Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD/PhD preferred
EMDR basic training or certification (preferred), IFS, polyvagal, TF-Cbt or otherwise trauma focused and informed (required)
Experience working with trauma, attachment, and/or mood disorders
Ideally able to provide at least 1 day per week in person
Ideally able to provide at least 1 evening per week
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and remotely
Clinicians ideally providing 12+ sessions/week

60% split model 1099 compensation paid for fully licensed clinicians with a monthly healthcare stipend included! ($63.50- $77.34/hour)
W2 option available ($57/hr plus PTO and healthcare options)
Assistance and support navigating your quarterly tax payments as an independent contractor (it's not as scary as it sounds!)
Free ongoing EMDR consultation that counts toward your basic training and EMDR certification hours
Flexible scheduling and hybrid options (TherapyNotes EHR and fully furnished office space provided at the premier Saint Claire Plaza)
Psychology Today profile paid by the practice with an optimization through a professional web developer
Practice advertising and all marketing included
Administrative support (credentialing, quarterly CAQH and yearly portals management, re-credentialing, billing, referrals, etc.)- just focus on doing what you do best!
Client acquisition handled by the practice, with a steady stream of referrals
Supportive, growth-oriented clinical culture with optional clinical case review for clinicians
