Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD/PhD- LSWs/LAPCs also encouraged to apply
EMDR basic training or certification (preferred but not required)
Experience working with trauma, attachment, or mood disorders.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
F/T clinicians willing to work at least 20 sessions/week
P/T clinicians willing to work at least 25 sessions/month

Generous split model compensation paid as a W-2 or 1099- minimum of 60%, based on benefit selections (pre-licensed clinicians at a negotiated rate)
6 paid days off for full-time W2 employees

Free clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians, ongoing FREE EMDR consultation that counts toward your basic training and certification hours
Flexible scheduling and hybrid options (EHR and office space provided at the premier Saint Claire Plaza)
Administrative support (credentialing, yearly CAQH and portals management, billing, referrals, etc.)- just focus on doing what you do best!
Marketing and client acquisition handled by the practice, with a steady stream of referrals
Supportive, growth-oriented clinical culture with optional clinical supervision and case review for fully licensed clinicians
